Feature Description

Add a file_extractor field to be passed to SimpleDirectoryReader in the papers reader (ArXiv)

Reason

This would allow one to choose a custom file extractor like LlamaParse or Docling

Value of Feature

Open source and specific parsers like Docling can be leveraged instead of default ones
