Overview
The current code is primarily an exploration of GUI programming in Python 3. There is not too much science / algorithms around PCR.
A more detailed description of PCR analysis and the azureIPA program, along with example use and screenshots, are described in:

Dependencies
Graphics is via wxPython.
Pandas and Matplotlib are used for data handling and plotting, respectively.

Usage
The program runs by simply calling:
azureipa.py
