Stories:

• customer will be able to use the application via touchscreen
• customer will be able to browse and choose products they are interested in
• customer will be able to pay for their order
• the application will generate order number which will be printed
• store owner will receive list of awaiting orders
• store owner will be able to mark orders as ready to take out

MVP:
Product browsing is highly dependent on the type of store (for example, restaurants would need extensive meal configuration options). Since we cannot predict where the app will be used, it would be a better call to provide basic product browsing and variant selection as a POC.

• Payments can be implemented via https://stripe.com/docs/terminal . No hardware would be required for testing (there's virtual debugging terminal)
• If the application is written with React Native, it will give us more flexibility regarding integration with the hardware - terminals, recipe printers, etc.
• Depending on hardware availability, printing order number is not required. Displaying it after the payment will be acceptable for MVP

Rationale:
Such an application will be a great way to highlight the flexibility of the Saleor. Thanks to the headless approach and GraphQL, developers can create new solutions besides the Web and Mobile also in the "physical world".
