Add dependencies to platformio.ini

Hi!

I'm trying to get this sketch working (Thanks for the great job of engineering this sensor), and I'm having a hard time getting it to work due to missing libraries.

I've tried some different libraries, wasn't able to find the ones you used.

Would it be possible to add the used libraries and perhaps their versions to the platformio ini file?
