本来想抓包去下载资源，谁知道微信在安卓9好像不信任系统用户证书的样子，懒得深究，直接看cache

答案

微信圈子视频缓存文件在: /sdcard/Android/data/com.tencent.mm/MicroMsg/videocache/ 目录下
我这次找到具体文件在 /sdcard/Android/data/com.tencent.mm/MicroMsg/videocache/appbrand0/0.0.1593855339250.v3.exo
直接使用播放器播放或者把后缀改成mp4就好
