3D rendering in Mayavi not working with VTK 9.3 #617

3D rendering is not working with VTK 9.3.0 as tested in macOS and Windows.

On Windows, there's an error that Mayavi was built with VTK 9.2.0, but the wheels are for VTK 9.3.0, then the app crashes when opening the 3D viewer
On macOS, the app simply crashes

Workaround has been to limit setup to VTK < 9.3.
