<h2>GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS</h2>
<ul>
<li>The fest is open to all undergraduate students.</li>
<li>All the participants must carry their ID cards and must present an authorization letter from the Principal at the time of registration.</li>
<li>Maximum number of participants is 16.</li>
<li>Registration fee for every college is Rs. 1,500.</li>
<li>Organizers have the right to re-schedule or modify an event if necessary.</li>
<li>Indecency or vulgarity is strictly prohibited and objectionable behaviour by any student will not be tolerated.</li>
<li>Teams must report at the Registration counter by 8 a.m.</li>
<li>Exceeding the time limit will lead to negative marking. The decision of the judges is final.</li>
<li>Participants should contact the event heads for the preliminary rounds.</li>
<li>It is mandatory to participate in all the 10 events for the overall championship of 'SEMESTA 2019'.</li>
<li>The participating team must confirm their participation by filling the form given in this website.</li>
