Functions to be included in the QC Level 2 workflow

• qc_rad_conversion (already created in sapfluxnetQC1)
• qc_ext_radiation (already created in sapfluxnetQC1)
• qc_vpd (to be created) Function for calculate any of vpd/hr/ta from the other two.
• outliers_det (to be created) Function for detecting and correcting outliers
• lvl2_ranges (to be created) Function for establishing and checking physiologycal/climatic/phyisical ranges for data checking.
• lvl2_workflow_functions (to be created). Functions set to move data from level 1 to level 2 and for setting the correct status in the yaml file.
