	void insert(uint index, const T&in value);
	void insert(uint index, const Array<T>&inout arr);

With this definition, Array<T> in the error message for the code below is not Array<int>

    Array<int> a;
    a.insert(  )

No viable function.
Arguments types: ()
Candidates considered:
(uint, int)
(uint, Array<T>)
