Add a mdr2 specific log file which goes to a standard location

• create a logger specifically for mdr2
• redirect to standard location
• Integrate the manual config in the ansible deployment script

The console log is already written to /var/log/wildfly/console.log

Created an extra logger via web interface that logs md2 related messages to mdr2.log in the same directory as the server.log

It seems better (less against the wildfly way of things) to just log into the standard wildfly directories. The console is already stored in /var/log/wildfly/console.log
