pre-print server use case

In our single stage workflow, the publish action needs to be executed by an editor preventing fully automated pre-print server like workflows (a.g arxiv).

Solution:

allow to set the agent of publish action to bot:scipe in the workflow specification
allow basic bot config (rule to setup datePublished & slug)

Side effects:

In the submission form we may want to remove the contact point picker in cases where the workflow spec doesn't involve editors. We could keep it if we still want some optional human control.
