Describe the bug
In the GUI, when clicking in re-organize nodes button, the yellow/green dots that shows "execution state" when labels are displayed, appear outside the protocol boxes and spread in the project "white background", specially when the user has zoom out (screenshot attached, a picture is worth than a thousand words). This is mostly aesthetical, however, sometimes these "spread" dots appear on top of the protocol boxes hidding the names, which is uncomfortable.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to a project with some protocol boxes, add some colored labels and display them
Zoom out (make the boxes smaller -> shift + mouse wheel)
Click on re-organize nodes button
See dots spread in the project
Expected behavior
Correct visualization of "execution dots" inside the boxes instead of spread in the project background
Screenshots
Desktop (please complete the following information):
OS: Ubuntu 21.10
Scipion Version: v3.0.11 Eugenius - 3.0.22 (core)
Additional context
Not sure if this issue goes in this repo or in other :)
