There are 3 levels here based on complexity:

1.- just base suggestions on outputs/possible outputs and inputs compatible
2.- Enrich the decision with the protocol ranking from scipion site to suggest the most used first
3.- Capture FULL workflows from installations (not just a list) and suggest the most used after a protocol
