Stock take notes fields

Stock takes need a way to make short notes about stock items or stock types as part of the stock take.

In the UI, we would want an icon to expand an input field for this — we don't want it taking up space most of the time.

A tick box for "label reprint needed" would also be handy, and then a function that reprints all the needed labels and clears the tickboxes.

(Doing a stock take at the Dev, I've found myself swapping between the stock take in Chrome and Google Keep for notes on the tablet I'm using. It would be good to keep it all in the stock take.)
