Bug: Contacts page performance is low

Problem

• the separation between trusted and untrusted is gone because of the virtualized list. now is harder to see the list and understand what is what.
• when scrolling the performance is low.

is the virtualized list the reason why we removed the lists separation @ericvicenti ?

I suggest to have a better visual separation, change the "trust" button background by default like this

the hover effects will be the same.
