Change log configuration

I am sorry if this has been addressed before. I couldn't find any reference in documentation. is it possible to configure changelogs to just report and write minor or major releases instead of each build. current behavior seems like each time it goes through semantic-release ( beta, pre-release or release ) it creates a new release item in changelog. it ends up like this

our goal to ignore pre-release commits so we have a cleaner changelog file to share
