Before contributing to Mabuya, please read our Code of Conduct.
Here's a step-by-step guide to contributing to Mabuya:
- Search for issues to find one that interests you.
- If there's not an issue yet, consider creating one.
Fork the Mabuya repository so you have a copy of the codebase to work on.
Make the changes to the codebase, committing locally to your fork.
Before submitting a pull request, review your changes to make sure your changes are of high quality and will be useful to other users.
- Create a pull request from your fork to the main Mabuya repository.
- Enable the checkbox to allow the Mabuya maintainers to make changes to your branch.
Once you submit your pull request, a member of the Mabuya team will review your changes. We may ask questions or request additional information.
If the maintainers request changes, make the required updates, committing locally to your fork. Then, push your changes to your fork. The pull request will update automatically.
Once your pull request is approved, a maintainer will merge your changes into the main Mabuya repository. Congratulations, you're a contributor! Your changes will be publicly visible on the Contributors page.
We hope you'll continue to contribute to Mabuya!
