Dmc1 mission 4 crash + Dmc3 crashing every 2-3 missions

first one is that for some reason, having DDMK just causes DMC1 to crash on mission 4. No clue why. Disabling the mod outright makes the game run as intended.
DMC3 crashes every 2-3 mission start and restarting the game before starting the mission and after saving seems to fix it
