Don't index game files on start.

I have a suggestion to not index games files size on start of emulator.
It takes a while to load emulator on cold start (around 20 seconds on HDD to index my three dumps of 70 GB with 55000 files).
As a possible workaround, maybe, make emulator to write installed games' size to separate ini section during installing PKG. This way emulator will have to load single ini file to retrieve game size.
