Has there been anyone able to rebuild the lambda layer that was compatible with python 3.7 and 3.8, to be compatible with python 3.9+? Python 3.8 is no longer supported later this year, which would suggest if possible building a new layer or is that no longer possible?

Since 4.x I no longer maintain Lambda layer and instead recommend using Lambda Docker Image

See README https://github.com/shelfio/aws-lambda-libreoffice?tab=readme-ov-file#usage-for-version-4x-based-on-a-lambda-docker-image
