[Feature Request] GitHub Actions build

[shinra-electric]

The purpose of the script is for building locally, so I use pre-compiled Homebrew dependencies as much as possible to make the compilation fast.

But it would also be good to have Github Actions to make a build automatically that can bundle in all dependencies and make a full portable app bundle. This would be especially useful for non-coders who want to try it out, since there is currently no official Arm build.
