Determine desired Shopping List Decompose button behavior #375

With Space Age, the Decompose button on the Shopping List will decompose some things, such as the Foundry, Big mining drill, and Speed module 3, but not other things, such as Assembly machine 2, Electric mining drill, or Speed module 2.

Without Space Age, Assembly machine 2, Electric mining drill, and Speed module 2 do get decomposed.

This seems wrong, but what is the ideal behavior for the Decompose button?

TBH I never fully understood the value of this. As I will grab the 'buildings' as they are from my mall and/or craft them in-game. So I'll see what items they need when being crafted.

Might be to see what dependencies they have (missing materials)? But I (ab)use milestones for that, so it shows on their icons when using them in a plan(ning).
