Issue about running the test data

Hi,
I tried the provided data and ran the pipeline. The first three outputs were fine, but the following folders were empty. No error was reported. How does that happen? Thanks.

Thanks. Can you try activating Rosetta as described here? And with that option enabled, if available, re-run the pipeline.

Thank you for your reply. I activated Rosetta. I tried to re-run the pipeline but stopped again before generating .bam files. I noticed in the err log as follow:
