Produce Github Flavored Markdown from RDOC Markup

Currently, there is no guarantee that we're converting to "GitHub Flavored Markdown" compatible format. The only check I do, is running output through glow/bubbletea manually.

GFM is pretty well documented and with examples, theoretically it's possible to build a test suit that checks that gem adheres to GFM spec.
