At least to begin with a basic structure of the project needs some hierarchy.

Proposed as a node server application at least to begin with hosted using GCP/Firebase, the structure would reflect this. Ideally, if this is to be a cloud-function arrangement as opposed to a containerised application then the meshed auto compile file and folder structure as described: Organizing your Firebase Cloud Functions

Having deployment based on successful test and commit would be pety sweet.

A strong testing regimine would be helpful. Support in the heirarchy from the get go.
