Save cookies to older browsers

Currently the project is being held off by the inability adding cookie client side on older browser (e.g. NX Browser for Nintendo Console, which the project initially decided on.)

Either a way to run pass data to add to cookie, be able to pass cookie header, or architecture of the project will have to be changed.
