Hello, I'm encountered problem with new dll - library product version is set to 3.7.0 but file version is 3.0.0. Older libraries has newer file version for example 3.6.0. - It's problem when installing new version over older version - Microsoft installer left old library untouched. I'am using MS VS2013, ntwain via nuget package manager and MS Installer.

Oops. Should be fixed with 3.7.1
