Improve Access Token Error message of src-cli

For less technical users, the error message makes it seem like the environment variables are setup in the url shown.

This message needs to be improved to be clear that:

• The access token is created at /user/settings/tokens

• The environment vars are created in the shell profile and the shell session needs to be restarted for them to be loaded
