Upgrading Gear Rack from level 1 to 2 causes client hang

Expected Result

Upgrading Gear Rack from level 1 to 2 allows player to continue using the client.

Actual Result

Clicking on the Install button does nothing after clicking on it the first time. You can no longer perform any actions in the hideout. Restarting the client/server resolves the issue and Gear Rack level 2 is installed.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Launch game
2. Upgrade all modules required to have Gear Rack level 1, as well as Ragman LL3
3. Upgrade Gear Rack to level 2
4. Install upgrade once complete

If I recall I also encountered this issue during the BE testing for v3.10, I just didn't have the time to reproduce it with a new profile.

I suspect there's something wrong/missing with the data we send to the client when upgrading area, needs investigation if anyone feels up to the task!

So I picked up on the discord chat. At least that means no fixes on SPT and it's not a game breaking bug anyway.

Same issue occurs during the Gear Rack lvl 2-3 upgrade
