Hideout areas.json file missing Christmas Tree ("type": 21)

At some point the database/hideout/areas.json file lost the Christmas Tree ("type": 21) data. This is causing an exception in the cultist circle, as it doesn't check that the area exists in the database before using it.

We'll need to re-add the Christmas Tree data to the areas.json, not sure where we get that data from normally?

Note I haven't checked the new Cultist circle code, but the previous code (3.10.1) throws an error due to the missing database entry as well. Didn't open an issue for that since I haven't confirmed it''s still a problem

Live doesnt have the tree yet so i dug up the 2023 tree and added it in: e6e568f
