I can't download optifine

whenever I try to download optifine with java it just says-

"Unable to install Java

There are errors in the following switches: "C:\Users\taihutaha\Desktop\Optifine_1.19_HD_U_H9.jar";.

Check that the commands are valid and try again.

HELPP I have no idea on what to do I have tried deleting it and reinstalling it to many times to count as well as a couple other things. please help me i have got no idea on what to do, thank youu!!

Install the corresponding java version for 1.19 (Java 17 SE) https://www.oracle.com/java/technologies/javase/jdk17-archive-downloads.html

And then try again

If that doesn't work you could just use either optifine with forge or optifine with fabric and optifabric.
