Wordpress Theme Column/Widgets Not Rendering #8
Comments
I'm having a similar issue. 'Oxygen Theme Enabler' isn't letting my theme load the correct single.php file. So all of my blog posts are missing their sidebar, title, and featured image. The content is loading, and the header and footer are loading from the theme. I know this plugin isn't supported, but would love some insight into how I could fix this. This appears to be happening with Oxygen 3.7 and 3.8 for me. |
@paulanthonymeier I think I posted here a little early. I found a solution to my problem in one of the closed Issues. Perhaps that will help you solve your problem too. Check out #2 (Trouble with blog page and homepage - Mix up templates). I hope that helps you out like it helped me. |
Thanks @natewitty. I just went and tried this solution but it didn't work for me. I never used to have this issue, I believe the trouble started with Oxygen 3.7 (same as you). |
Shoot. I’m sorry to hear that. I hope you’re able to find a solution. |
It seems that 'Oxygen Theme Enabler' is no longer allowing Wordpress widgets to display / load.
(edit: It's actually the entire right side column in my active Theme which is not rendering).
I've tested this by disabling all plugins, in which case Wordpress widgets load in the Wordpress theme sidebar.
However, when I enable the 'Oxygen Builder' plugin, plus the 'Oxygen Theme Enabler' plugin, Wordpress widgets no longer display / load in the Wordpress Theme.
I've tested this with both the default Wordpress '2021' theme and my 'BuddyBoss Pro' theme.
