Improvement: make it available on Bower, npm and Yarn

The component is not available in npm, Bower and Yarn yet. The developers will miss it.

Glad you're interested on contributing to our project.

This issue has some mistakes. First, npm and Yarn uses the same repository: npm's one. And yes, we have to publish it, but this issue must be done by me, because of the needed npm's account.

What about take a look at #5 or #3? They're pretty simple too.
