Steps:

  1. Go to send flow
  2. Enter the address that is not created yet in any wallet, for example: "0x1Dcd19B2b8142c1eA34dEd395763EA4fC5423Def"

Actual result:

The non-existing address 0x1Dcd19B2b8142c1eA34dEd395763EA4fC5423Def is accepted by the "send" field

The validation is shown
