Is there a way to make it when I click fn+profile it doesn't work, and it's like I never used the site? Recently got a ps5 and can't stop the profile switching even after deleting data from site settings. Is it saved to the computer?

No. Its saved on the actual device. This tool communicates with the controller itself via USB, and the profiles are stored on the device. I think you can just delete the profiles using the site, or you could just map them all to defaults manually and save each one? But since you have a PS5, you can just use the console settings to do that now.

I was trying to use the console, but the website made my left stick a lot more than it should. Is there no way to get the data off the controller itself? Does resetting the controller do anything?

I think resetting the controller would clear the profiles and give you clean slate yes. But you could first just delete the broken profile on the controller via your PS5 (hold the FN key and then go to edit profiles, find offending profile, click the three dots on it and delete).
