Change text of hyperlink adding prompt

Hi,
Is there a way to change the title "Please enter the URL" in the prompt when adding a link?

what text do you want to have there?

Thanks @stevermeister. It is not something generic. The text is project dependent. I was looking a way to replace the default text.
Is there a way to add custom toolbox button? It would be grateful if you could show me a sample code.
