Automatically add shipping fields to the fields for Add Member from Admin

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When creating a new member using Add Member from Admin the shipping fields are not present as part of the form and the new user has to update their profile afterwards to add their shipping address.

The Shipping Address Add On fields be available in the Add Member from Admin form if the former is active.
