Either by somehow enabling this feature in Halo2 or splitting the userbase across different circuits.

Instead of addressing the larger K in V2 directly, we have implemented PoC that demonstrates splitting the userbase, and it has worked effectively.

The PoC was implemented by @alxkzmn as detailed in #268
