Feature request bind to specific IP/Host

Hi,

Any chances to extend -l parameter to accept [IP]:port

e.g proxysql_binlog_reader -u xxxx -pxxxx -h xxx -P xxxx -l 192.168.10.1:9999

the justification is simple there were installation has both public and private IP address and chances are you don't want to expose this on the internet, I know the user can implement ingress filter on specific IP in the host in unix/linux boxes but more flexibility is always welcome :) thanks!!!! for this wonderful application
