TA Comment

Now we can send score to the server but when we deducting point we can't not tell student that what line got deducted.
So we came up with this idea that we will send a student code line and comment to server

Steps to reproduce

Makeing comment syntax and design how to keep data in it

Expected behaviour

Can call 1 function and it will automatic check everything for you and return data in form of json
