Can't close toast notifications when dialog is opened

In my SaaS application I am using toast notifications with a xMark icon to close notification. But when a dialog is opened then the click on notification nothing happens. Sometimes, user also want to copy the details in notifications but nothing works. I think this is issue of focus trap, how to solve this?
