YouTube preview changed to it's first frame

When you open a video in a new tab or reload the page without this plugin, a preview similar to a smaller video tile is displayed.

With this plugin, instead, the first frame of the video is loaded on top of the preview (and in wide screen mode, part of the preview even remains at the edges if the window is stretched enough).

It would be great if the aspect ratio conversion started after the video starts. Or so that the conversion is carried out for the preview too.
