This will require writing some Clojurescript.

At the easiest, this will require:

  • adding a link to each comment that will serve as as the button for collapsing that comment
  • Adding a click event listener for that link that will hide the ul containing the rest of the nested comments

At the most difficult (and most interesting), it would require:

  • Rendering comments in Clojurescript though Reagent
  • Adding the event listening logic as needed
