[feat] update beacon

Describe the problem

@Zir0h @Surfingthedarkness who should i reach out to on the Teia discord or elsewhere to get devs to update the teia.art apps version of beacon, its on a really old version that we can't test against Kukai iOS. Ideally they update to the latest version 4.2.0 that was released this Monday https://github.com/airgap-it/beacon-sdk/releases/tag/v4.2.0 but even one from a month ago is better than the one that is currently in use.

I tried a few times, it breaks everything so I gave up each time.
Back when I was really active they weren't packaging it properly (cjs) so we had to do tricksx I think now they do it properly but I couldn't figure out how to make it work with Vite...

That said I have not tried deeply since quite some time!

This week I'm not available at all but I will check it next week if no one did

I think we just have to wait for ecadlabs/taquito#2874 and then update the teia-ui taquito dependecies?
