Hello,
Most UI/UX Designers use a different from Photoshop software for interface design. I think is required to create UI kit for most commons use software like Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma ... etc.

Right now I need Sketch UI kit and I will be very happy if you create it.

Thank you for the shared report references and statistics.

We are aware the need for more flexible UI design tools like Sketch and XD is getting bigger and more popular. Currently, we are working on a sketch library for Kendo UI and as soon as we have something substantial we'll introduced it to our customers.

Just touching bases, as it's been several months since I've seen any conversation about a Sketch resource for Kendo UI... any news??

Hi there, also looking for an update on this!

I'm a newbie, what's the difference between the 3 themes? Also, I'm confused about the ReadMe for XD: Does it mean that if I name a component in this format: kendo-bootstrap-componentname.xd, then the developers can call that component name and it will work in their code, please?

I have just downloaded the XD files which are great. Do you have any plans to create the same library of options within sketch before I use the XD files?

Thanks, Andy

Coul you please give us at least some feedback about the state of this issue? That would support us a lot in planing our design tasks.

Hey folks! As an update here I wanted to fill everyone in on the progress that we have done so far with adding resources for tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, etc.

After tons of research and discussions with our customer base we realized that Adobe XD is the most popular tool out of this group and decided to focus our efforts on this tool to start off. Looking over the results coming from the survey posted here previously this may seem like we started with the third-most popular tool, but this decision came from extensive research and interviewing within our customer base and unfortunately we could only target one tool to begin with so we ended up with an initial batch of Adobe XD files. As a part of our R3 2020 development efforts we released an initial set of files for Adobe XD which you can find documented under the various Kendo UI products:

These do not cover all of the Kendo UI components so we will continue to evolve the available files for Adobe XD as we head towards R1 2021 (January) and should be able to have most, if not all, Kendo UI components covered by this point.

After this release we will start focusing our efforts on additional tooling to ensure that we can cover as many design tools as possible. We will try to keep this thread (and others) up-to-date to fill folks in as we continue to evolve this offering, but this is the lay of the land today. For those of you not using Adobe XD I can understand that this is frustrating. Unfortunately we do not have the capacity to roll out these files for multiple tools at once and we have to work in a prioritized order, but we are making headway and will continue with solid momentum to get these files out for folks as quickly as we can.

Hi
I also have a strong need of a KENDO UI - Figma kit. Especially I want to use the KENDO UI web font icons in Figma. I tried to use the KENDO icon font as described here, but could not get it to work.

Hey everyone!

As an update here we just released an initial set of UI Kits for Figma that represent ~30 or so of our components across the Default, Bootstrap, and Material themes that Kendo UI offers. We will continue to expand the total number of components available (plan is to cover all Kendo UI components 😃) over the rest of 2021 and will continue to update these kits as we add more components.

Here are the direct links to the Figma community where you can find these UI kits:

Kendo UI Kit Default
Kendo UI Kit for Bootstrap
Kendo UI Kit for Material
