Add a possibility to set background color just for the main menu in header

At the moment the background color can only be set generic for the complete astroid-header section.
Sometimes it is better with regards to usability that the menu comes with a different background color.
It would be great to have a colour option in the menu color settings to define an individual background color just for the menu.
