How to remove or modify an entry created with Testimonials Widget

I am using the Testimonials widget on a Joomla site and have been playing with the settings to see how I like the look and feel. Right now I am stuck because I have no idea how to remove a testimonial once it has been created. I also have tried to change the testimonials but the changes don't take effect. I wish there was a way to change the Testimonials settings and then to be able to have a previously entered testimonial adopt the settings. Currently there is no way I can use the Testimonials because I can't modify their formatting, text, etc. I am still working on the layouts and once they are decided, I need to get rid of everything and start fresh.
