TCLD login have automatic approval for cicd pipelines

Yes I would like to setup cicd pipeline to rotate keys and for user additions and modifications but we cannot because there is no option for tcld login to to automatic approval it requires a website confirmation.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like for the case of running a CICD pipeline that the tcld login could happen automatically and then allow the script to run.

Thanks for the feature request—tcld is a separate thing from the non-cloud CLI, so I'll move this over to that repo for the tcld team to take a look.
