[FEATURE REQUEST] Direct terraform mirroring support (if possible)

What is your use case?
Have a local mirror for terraform providers registry

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
To have a local version of terraform registry it would be useful to be able to mirror it directly if it's possible since it needs to discover registry protocol.

• Add ability to directly mirror terraform provider registry with its native protocol just like it's done for YUM repositories
