[FEATURE REQUEST] GitHub artefacts direct mirroring

What is your use case?
Some software is distributed via GitHub artefacts which is especially true for static built binaries like Go apps so this artefacts page is actually a some kind of repository for them and should be mirrored accordingly.

PS. However this is not about packages since container registries are currently out of archived scope.
